TideWallBot

TideWallBot fetches public checkout/pricing pages to audit international currency handling (forced foreign currency, DCC markups, stale FX, missing local payment methods). It identifies as TideWallBot/1.0, requests only public pages, and enforces a per-host courtesy delay. To opt out permanently, add a robots.txt group addressed to it ('User-agent: TideWallBot / Disallow: /'), which it honours, or contact us. (Generic 'User-agent: *' rules are anti-indexing defaults and don't apply: a merchant-requested audit is not crawling.)
